Un Matcha is the inaugural expression of Liquid Luck Matcha — a rare ceremonial matcha embodying un, meaning luck and grace in Japanese.
Crafted from ichibancha (first-flush) leaves and grown in Ujitawara, Kyoto, the birthplace of Japanese green tea, each tender leaf is hand-selected from a century-old estate and stone-milled in small quantities to preserve its luminous emerald color and natural oils.
The result is a matcha of extraordinary purity — luxuriously smooth, delicately sweet, and rich in lingering umami.

Preparation
- Sift 2-4 g of matcha into a bowl to remove any clumps
- Heat water to 80°C (175°F)
- Pour 40 ml of water into the bowl
- Whisk in zig-zag motion until a layer of frothy crema forms on top
- Add 100 ml of water, milk or alternative, and enjoy
