Un Matcha is the inaugural expression of Liquid Luck Matcha — a rare ceremonial matcha embodying un, meaning luck and grace in Japanese.
Crafted from ichibancha (first-flush) leaves and grown in Ujitawara, Kyoto, the birthplace of Japanese green tea, each tender leaf is hand-selected from a century-old estate and stone-milled in small quantities to preserve its luminous emerald color and natural oils.
The result is a matcha of extraordinary purity — luxuriously smooth, delicately sweet, and rich in lingering umami.

I’ve tried a lot of matcha and this one is by far my favorite. You can tell it’s really high quality from how easily it mixes and how smooth it tastes. No bitterness at all and I don’t even need to add any sweetener.
