Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how these purchases are handled.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription from Liquid Luck Matcha, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each delivery according to your selected schedule, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Once a subscription order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, paused, or modified for that billing cycle. This includes changes to items, quantities, shipping addresses, or billing details.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you must cancel before the next billing cycle begins. Once a renewal order has been processed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is out of stock or scheduled to become available at a future date.
Payment may be collected in full or partially at checkout, and the remaining balance (if applicable) will be charged prior to fulfillment.
All pre-orders are final once placed. Pre-order purchases cannot be canceled or modified at any time, regardless of fulfillment status.
