Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships from our warehouse.
Processing times do not include shipping transit time and may vary during periods of high demand or holidays. Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping
We ship across the United States via DHL, UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
- Free shipping on all orders over $100 USD
- $6 shipping for orders under $100
Orders are processed same day, and changes cannot be made once an order is placed.
Order Protection
To ensure your matcha arrives safely, we have partnered with Route Protect to safeguard every order. In the rare event your order is lost or damaged, you can file a claim with Route and select a replacement or resolution.
Please note:
- Claims for packages marked “delivered” but not received must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- Claims for packages presumed lost (status not marked “delivered”) must be submitted within 7 days from the last tracking checkpoint.
